Nintendo has been offering thicker replacement Wii Remote straps to anybody who has the original version. Today, lawyers are suing Nintendo in a class-action lawsuit, demanding that they either refund people's money or replace the "defective Wii remote". Hilariously, check out the lawyers' front page.
