As ever...

Firstly, here is a really interesting (though only insomuch as there is data, not terribly new ideas) article on Australian attitudes towards "boat people".  Links to HTML page.

A terrible story has come out of Scotland - a lovely gay lad by the name of Stuart Walker was brutally killed (Warning: nasty description). Police are aware of reports about ( Read more... )

What is it with Teeth problems this year? So many friends who are having to spend their extra (and sometimes not so extra) money for big tooth issues. Hope it all goes well!

Are bra sizes in Oz that much different from here? I worked in Lingerie for a year, and the letter size had a lot more to do with ...the filling... and the number was the width. Weird. Well, as long as they fit comfortably. That's them important thing. :)

The Teeth are just catching up with all of us apparently. :/

I know the ... clothing numbers (the 12 and 14) are definitely different. No idea about cups - though I must say these new bras look like they should fit a MUCH larger-breasted lady. Yet they seem to work? I don't know! It's based on underneath, so the width of your breasts and not the volume. I guess. And they do fit but it still feels very weird, mainly because I'm so used to a certain feeling with my bras!

Teeth are evil and vile, but you have to keep them healthy as there's a correlation between bad teeth and heart problems.

I had to get new bras myself due to weight gain and I've gone from a 34 to a 36. I wear sport bras so i don't know the cup but seriously bras are more confusing than what they should be.

Ya, believe me, I know! Hence me chasing up the antibiotics hard - I'm getting my heart and lung plumbing MRI in December (well, ish, I haven't received my letter yet) and am hoping that all turns out well. The doctor I saw about that was really good and really clear on everything and comforting too. A keeper!

They really are more confusing than they need to be! I have to admit a certain fondness for push up bras - they actually feel like they're doing something!

Good doctors are rare and keepers indeed!

At least there's yay for Melbourne and Spider War, at least I hope the spider victory is a won war and not just a won battle.
