So there was nothing wrong with the electrical system in my car. Just a dead battery.

The front brakes however...

The good news? Feels like I'm driving a new car. Bad news? Visit to the shop ate my last full paycheck.

EEP! I know it hurts, but bad brakes could end up hurting even worse...

I know- I keep reminding myself of that. Two of my dearest friends live about an hour and a half away and I'm always driving out to their place... I keep thinking about that.

And hey, at least I had it done a month ahead of time when I still *have* the money.
