I'm thinking a NYC weekend is in order next month. I haven't been up in six months or so, lots of theatre to catch up on. Any fun stuff going on I can plan around?

Family medical scare today. Older brother taken to hospital for pneumonia. They thought he might have an embolism too, just like I had last year. So while I'm living proof that it's possible to overcome the ailment, he is in considerably worse health than I was. It was a real and scary ( Read more... ) -

One of my exes just became a father. Huh. How 'bout that? Surrealism, I haz it.
I'm ..uh... not going to be a father, ever... short of adopting (not allowed in most states)... or a really expensive treatment to my baby gravy before it's plunked into a surrogate. No thanks, pass.
Still... you know... sigh. -

Anyone got any good ideas on what I should do with my life? Cuz I'm beginning to question what I'm doing right now...even though I've been doing it for three years now and I'm good at it... it may be time to move onward. -
tomorrow
Tomorrow, for the first time in over three years, I go to work somewhere different.
Same company... technically, same job, too... but different location, and different challenges. And there's more than one whisper that says if I score here, it's my plane ticket back to NYC.
Eeeeeek.
