This Alice Waters on 60 Minutes is a fruit loop! I am sorry, I could care less about organic food or the elitism she spouts when it comes to food. I am from the South and I like food the way it is. I will also never eat anything with tofu or anything like it ( Read more... )

I have to agree with you that it seems that a lot of people who are into organics are really elitist about it. It gets kind of annoying after a while. However, I love tofu - I didn't always love it, when I first stopped eating meat in high school I didn't really know how to cook it. Now that I do, I really like it.

LOL . . . I do a lot of Subway but that is about as healthy a I get. I dont eat out alot at fast food places like McDonalds(hate it actually) and other places like that. It has probably been a couple of months since the last time I went to somewhere like that for a hamburger.

But yeah, I cant stand those people who act holier than thou when it comes to organic food and how everyone who doesnt follow their way of eating is scum of the earth. :-P
