I am. It started as a mostly mocking adoration (especially seeing as I hate mayonnaise). But now I proudly own a "spatchler" and tout the merits of butter when I can. To be honest, I find every recipe I've done of hers to be ones I like. I can't always say that for others. The only one I'd say has a decent likability rating would be Tyler Florence. Just don't get me started on my dad and Bobby Flay. He's always shocked when Bobby finds a new food to grill (cause he can't do anything else, lol).

You know, most of Paula's recipies are fairly simple and just good. I don't think there has been one of hers that I've tried and not liked. I've been watching her since she came on the Food Network.

Sandra Lee, if you can get past the saccharine annoyance of her, has some good stuff too.

Yeah, Bobby Flay needs a new medium, um, 'cause the grill can only be done so many times.
