Situation: I'm single.

Attempt to fix situation: Join Lesbian Single Group on LJ.

Problem: Everyone's in Ohio/New York/California/ not in TN or near TN.

Where are all you southern girls who don't chew tobacco, have a twang, or spill beer all over yourselves?

Do you exist?

totally feel your pain! how far are you from Atlanta? if you're not too far and you have some friends willing to go with you, hit up the city for a weekend. it's got a great lesbian culture and i can give you some pointers on where to head. let me know!

I'm in Chattanooga! It's not too far maybe two hours or so. The other problems lies in which I have no friends that my mom would trust me with (which in an ENTIRELY different area of frustration) to go down. But I might be able to convince her for my bday in June to let me go. Thanks for the help!

Um yeah I checked and while there's not that many there is litterally three times as much as there are here in TN. Actually now that I think about it there was a butload from either Canada or England. Which lets me know...I'm in the wrong state lol.

the funny part about all the lesbians being in canada (or england) is that the country is also so vast that even if they're in the same province, it like, has to be in the same city. most of us folks complain too.

I can relate to that situation fixer. I still hold out hope that in every state there's a group of hidden lesbians that are just hard to find and not non-existant.

...and so a bunch are in NY huh? Time for me to travel there I guess...^^

Lol... I know the feeling... I'm in a 3000 population town in Norway. Not the best place to meet someone. Especially since i'm only out to my closest friends, and gossip travels fast here. But in fall i'm moving to the city, so hopefully it'll be better there.

I do agree with sadi though, i think there are lots of lesbians in every state, you just have to look hard enough.

In the meantime, we can suffer and be single together. And write gay fan fiction:p
