Que divertenté! (I think I spelled that right...) On the subject of cultural differences, that was one of the things we learned about in almost all my Spanish classes. In Spanish 2, my teacher had studied abroad in Mexico and was able to teach us Mexican-dialect words. In Spanish 3, my teacher was born to US Citizens who were living in Argentina at the time (military family or something). She also destroyed the fake accent I could pull off, lol! She spoke Spanish with the typical gringo accent, blech! Then in Spanish 4, I think the teacher was Chilean (although I could be remembering it wrong). We got to learn salsa and meringue dancing in that class. ♥ Tons of fun. I definitely know that what I learned is more or less Spain-Spanish, though. I think most of the dialect-different words I know are probably naughty words, lol. ;) There's something funny about how people pick up the naughty words much faster than the rest of a language, huh?
I'm glad you had such a great time because I had a great time too! It was really, really awesome. ♥ And everyone in my family liked you lots, too, feel free to come back any time! *hugs*
