My snow is melting. Ugly brown patches are appearing but the birds are singing! Signs of imminent spring: motorcycle riders and Car Pool Buddy wore shorts to school today. Seriously.

Deadlines are a marvel. Right now I'm racing myself but it's just not the same, lol.

My only deadline at the moment is tax day --- April 15th.

Thank you! That 'stormy' sky was inspired by the skies around here in the fall---they get kind of scary looking.

Oh, you reminded me...I've got state taxes too, lol. Luckily it's an easy form.

I saw the word taxes (gasp) in a comment here. I'm putting the IRS on "ignore" for now. They really need to take me off their mailing list.

It's in the 50's here (F)! I feel like I should be hosing down the remaining snow banks so they go away faster, lol.

If putting the IRS on 'ignore' works let me know...

It works till about April 14th. After that, you sort of have to send them their pound of flesh, or they start sending you nasty letters and black orchids and stuff.

It's like that boyfriend who just won't go away, even after you've told him you're just not that into him...

The art, as always, is just stunningly lovely. I like the cowboy a lot, and the oncoming storm looks quite threatening! Great job.

Can you believe the weather?! I know we'll get another couple storms, but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Dare we hope for a nice spring?

Bleh, I know. Sometimes I just buy a month long tanning membership and pop in for five minutes just to get some color back. The warmth feels awesome, and I look a little less Cullen pale, lol.
