Dean grabs the hand Sam puts on his hip and drags him closer, pulls the covers up over their heads like they’re kids again, safe inside a fort of blankets and pillows, like the headaches and the nightmares, the demon and his destiny, they can all be kept out by Dean and a couple of threadbare sheets. For a little while, Sam wants to pretend it’s that easy.

Awww. That's so good, but so hurty, too. I loved the slow build, and the 'case' was good, too. The 'Devil' in the water, basically acting like a big wading bird was almost sad. It's just doing its thing for years and years, that little pool its only real 'place'...

But of course, evol.
