Yesterday I went to the dentist for FREE as dentists are yet another group of medical people who are so GAGGING to prod at pg women that they are prepared to do it for nothing (well I guess they still get paid but by the govt so from my taxes rather than the more direct route of my wallet). Despite being over 30 I still have all my own teeth (

Apparently RASPBERRY LEAF TEA in the last couple of months of pregnancy and during labour (!!) is v good for the womb. Also GIN (nb I actually made that last bit up but it IS v good for ladypains you have to admit)

I don't like gin! sigh. the smell makes me feel sick.

Yeah raspberry leaf tea is supposed to do something like soften the cervix which I am doubtful about but who knows!

Ha typical man answer! Epidurals are not as fun as they may sound (er..) and can have effects on the baby and on the mother's recovery afterwards. Women don't just turn them down out of martyrdom you know!
