Trying to stay positive...

Found out 2 weeks that my step-father has maybe 1-2 months left. The cancer is really eatting him. Its tough seeing my mom and him like that. It was rough hearing him say he wants to see my sisters one last time. I haven't been thinking straight, my mind is wandering.

I am very sorry to hear that J. In those kind of tough times I try hard to stay distracted from reality so my mind can stay focussed on something else. Physical exercise also helps me. Hang in there.
