The night before last my back started killing me, which doesnt happen very often. I was kinda wary for the reason but I went to work anyway. I had taken some extra strength Tylenol when I woke up that morning but I forgot to take anything before I went to work. Six oclock comes around and I am literally at the mental step right before

I'm really not sick that much! I'm just sick for a long time when I do get sick.
