Jarian First Day of Winter

I first smelled it last night, and I'll find out in a minute or two whether or not it's still there--I imagine it is--frost. That makes this, in my mind, the first day of winter. Which is right on time, depite the incredibly early first day of fall. So happy winter, everyone.

We're still waiting for autumn to show up around here. It's been freakishly warm here this year, relative to usual conditions for this month in OK, but it seems to be trying to get cooler.

*giggles and hugs* Opposite here...it has been unseasonably cold starting in late August. It's back to normal now, though. :-3
