Jarod thought he heard something out in the lobby, and went out to investigate, wiping his hands on a towel. "Hello?" He spotted Jamie. "Oh, I'm sorry, we're closed."

There was so much about that sentence that confused Jarod. "Sock puppet? And why is it in our dryer?"

Wondering what was keeping him, Parker followed Jarod out after couple minutes, then stopped to stare. "Jamie? Isn't it a little... early for a visit?"

"What? No. I'm looking for a sock," Jamie said getting flushed and headed toward the kitchen. "It was left here in the dryer the other night."

Blinking, Parker said, "Oh. Wait, what? You came in to use their dryer?" She glanced over at Jarod. "Do I want to know about this?" she asked, keeping her voice low.

"I don't know?" He whispered back, then raised his voice, "but feel free to check the dryer."

Jamie walks into the kitchen and opens the dryer only to find it empty.

"Crap."

Looking over and seeing a full laundry basket Jamie doesn't think twice before starting to look through it. Of course after he sees what's *in* the laundry baske he probably should have.

"Uh, Jamie? Miho's going to make you pay extra for that." Parker said from the doorway, having him followed him to the laundry room. "If she lets you live at all, I mean."

Luckily Jamie finds what he's been looking for. "I was just looking for this. Do I really need to pay for looking for a sock?"

"No, of course not," Jarod said before Parker could answer. "But why was it in our dryer, if you don't mind me asking?"

"Um, A slighly crazed me thought it needed a good time?" Jamie suggests.

He then coughs embarassed.

"Um. Can I use the bathroom really quick?"

"Buh?" Parker took a step back. "I-- so do not want to know, do I? Jamie, seriously, you can do better than this place, I mean, I know you're new here, but give it time--"

For once, Parker is almost speechless.
