The local dramatics here is largely hosted by fairly backward farmer-types who think crudity is a suitable replacement for well-concieved jokes. Although, I rather thing the interweb is my stage.

Everyone else seems to run out steam after one comment. Or in some cases, just not get it at all.

Would that there were more of your kind to participate. Man, you really are very good - I've not had such a laugh on LJ in ages! :)

The badges cost nothing. Gill made a few for the Convention, last August, and handed a few out to a couple of people (the first few Dark Clerks, Terry, Stephen, Bernard -- people like that). We're considering doing some Dark Clerky charity things, but we're only in the first stages of planning those. For now, then, the badges are for free. :) Gill's momentarily busy, but you'll have it as soon as possible.
