so i'm standing with my family in the mall of america and i'm looking around and i realize something
warning mere observation here
but there were way to many young, younger than 15 or 16, girls there that had fully developped figures

why the hell is this?

Americans are well-nutured... we always have plenty of food, and eat more than we should. So puberty happens earlier for women these days because their bodies are ready earlier...(EXAMPLE: My sister.) Plus, 12 year old girls aren't wearing the paper thin training bras these days. They are going for the padded push up bras right away.

Hmmm, 15 and 16 year old girls... Well, maybe its because that's around the time that the "fully developed figure" is getting to the point where it looks like they're fully developed, even if they're not. I don't think I need to remind you what almost everyone we saw @ sibley looked like @ that age...
