So my 1993 Dodge Caravan is stuck in the Latte Land parking lot on State Line and about 79th. Lisa and I were out running errands, and I pulled in for an iced latte. Your resale on the car is going to be low since it's a 93 caravan in poor condition. You can probably junk it for about 200-300$. If you hold out and get it repaired you can probably get a bit more.
Of course you can always buy a fully electric car for 15k- http://www.zenncars.com/
An electric motorbike will run you 12-15k.
Anything else and you support terrorism.
