Well, if you're gonna do something, you may as well do it all the way, huh? Geez, that sounds awful! I'm glad you've got a lot of support there, though, and if you need anything from Middletown, let me know.
Oh, and thank you for reminding me why I don't "ski" in New England. Skiing should only be done in warm climates, over water, behind a boat. Falling into water is so much better than snow. Silly northerners. ;-)
Wow. That royally sucks. I used to ski occasionally in my younger years. I wiped out all the time, but never seriously hurt myself. Anyway, feel better!
Yikes! When I think of collapsed lungs I think of horrible things. I mean just saying "collapsed lung" sends a shiver down my spine. Lungs should remain upright!
I dont even know much about collapsed lungs. I mean I know what causes them and fixes them but I have no idea what the recovery period is like. Is this better or worse in the long run than a few broken ribs?
Not sure right now. I know that broken ribs take forever to heal. I just know that I'm miserable without my pain killers. I went to the doctor's today and i think i'm getting the chest tube out Wednesday morning. I dont know about the aftercare for that yet.
Well, at this point there is very little I'm doing so the chances are highly unlikely of hurting myself any more that I already have. Visitors are always welcome btw.
