hitotsubashi gakusei to Breeze

Weeee, I love my digital camera so...!!

I come with more photos, yay~ ^_^ Some from everyday life, but then some more from the crazy party at Hitotsubashi University that us Tsuda girls all went to, which they call 'Breeze'. Basically, every semester, the Hitotsubashi people come over and hang out for a party at Tsuda called 'Storm', and then Tsuda goes over there the next week for a party called 'Breeze'. XD Funny names, heh...

Every time Teresa and I walk to the supermarket or to the train station, we pass by "Chuou Koen", a park with a huge track field and stuff, and the walk around the track field is really pretty, with all the plants and trees and stuff; it was even more gorgeous when all the sakura were in bloom... 0o0

Here's the station that we first arrived in Kodaira at when we came here, Takanodai station. It's on the Musashino line, which is less than 10 minutes train-ride to the Chuo line, which is one of the main lines that can take you into downtown Tokyo, east of us.

Weee, more adventures in cooking... ^_^ Teresa recently made up this awesome dish, which is kinda like fried rice, but also kinda like katsudon... Basically, it's white rice in a bowl, and then you put a small single fried egg ontop of the rice, and then put soy sauce on that, and then put two microwaveable small breaded shrimp things on that, and then douse it in tonkatsu sauce and mayonaaise. ^o^ Soooo gooooood... In this pictures, she was making a tomato sandwich to go with it. ^_^

This has been a pretty frequent dinner for me; "Hokkaido stew", which is a kind of chowder-like veggie-thingy, with rice. ^_^ Very filling, and very delicious~

And now onto the party! Heh, lots of people there, and I think I knew 4 of them, maybe. ^o^;; At any rate, the food was great, and I got to try lots of different kinds of Japanese sweets~ ^o^ ^o^ ^o^ I'm already gaining the reputation of loving 'amaimono'(sweet things). ^_^

This guy's face eventually matched the color of his shirt, after some sake of course. XD

Ah, that's right, I remember his name!! The guy sticking his head in is Kazuki. XD All the guys were really fun and crazy, but at the same time really great hosts, always making sure we got food and all that. Japanese college guys are so much more gentlemenly than American guys!! XD But of course, I couldn't help missing Derek amongst all the crazy fun... *sigh*

I had some strawberry-flavored sake, and everyone claimed my face got red. ^o^;; Not really but...okay! ^_^;;; Bwa ha ha, and Nori-kun is like "Um, am I in the picture? What?" XD

This guy had Ultraman pajamas. AWESOME. ^o^ I must show Derek...

Heh, like I said, lots of people. ^_^

They even had a decent manga collection!! ^o^ I was so tempted to grab one and flip through it, but I didn't want to be rude... ^o^;;

After the party, we returned to our dorm and decided to hang out for a little while longer in the washitsu room. It's so...Japanese-ly...cool...!!

I took some video with my camera too, I just gotta figure a way to put it up here... Anyway, stay tuned for more digital photos in the days to come~! *hugs her camera*
