if i don't remember wrongly i've seen it in MR.BRAIN. not sure if it's the same building though...

YES! :D MR. BRAIN was the first show I saw it in. I've also seen it in Kamen Rider W, and a couple other shows too. And then here. It's cool. I won't ever forget those stone railings and big door.
