Boys Over Flowers' creator Kamio to Launch New Manga in February
The January issue of Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret magazine has confirmed on Saturday that Boys Over Flowers (Hana Yori Dango) creator Yoko Kamio is launching a new manga series in the March issue on February 13.
Bessatsu Margaret had already announced that Kamio was creating a manga for the March issue. However, the magazine had not revealed whether the new work would be a one-shot story or a regular series until now. More details on the new series will be provided in the magazine next month.
Since the main Boys Over Flowers manga ended in 2004, Kamio drew two side stories in 2006 and 2007. She also drew her Cat Street manga in Bessatsu Margaret from 2004 to 2007 and her Matsuri Special manga in Jump Square magazine from 2007 until this year.
