I'd say Matsushima Nanako but Amami Yuki is the current drama actress so it's understandable why people have her in their minds lately.

You's voice sounds like almost all the other annoying squeaky voices, so I dunno how it's a good thing, but comparing to most other artists who's making it big, I guess yeah, it does stand out.
