Kathy's head is smaller.
Kathy has a bow in her hair.
Kathy has no mouth.
Kathy's dress is purple with a white collar and has no button.

I don't see how they are "too similar" unless you count that they are both white bunnies...
The dress style is almost exactly the same but that's the only thing I see and it's not like that style of dress is rare...
