I picked up an Instant Pot during the Amazon Prime sale, and tried it out today. My mom put the fear of explosion in me years ago (she had one explode, although fortunately she wasn't hurt -- but she did scare me telling me about it), so I was making all kinds of scared faces while it did its thing. I must admit when I read the phrase "instant pot" my mind went somewhere else! But now I have read about it and it seems interesting. I look forward to hearing what you do with it.
