So, this morning the usual professor wasn't at the lecture. There was his assistant, who is a very nice and decent person but whenever she gives the lectures, the first half is a recap of what the main guy said in the three lectures before and the second half doesn't have a thing to do with the course. Which means I couldn't bring myself to follow

Very nice. We need a Boone and Shannon fic community to bring them back more often. I miss them. I really like both characters even though I've never written them in fanfic. Actually I don't think I've ever written ANY S1 fanfic. I tend to fic only when I'm left unsatisfied and S1 doesn't have the gaping plotholes of S2, 3 and 4.

Mmhhh I actually think there is one, but if there is, it's dead. Or maybe it was an icon community and I'm messing things up but either way, it was dead. Now at the next one I'll give Shannon a try. And S1 was perfection *sighs* and well, if I wanna do alive Boone is always a nice excuse to go back to it.

I'm so with Boone. I also thought the island was a place to start over and for Boone it was, just not the way he wanted. This fic reminded me of how far he came, being able to move on from Shannon. And then island chewed him up and spit him out. Thanks island. And thanks to you for reminding me of how full of hope he was.

Yeah, as soon as he moves on, the island has to make us miserable. *sighs* it was so a horrible moment to have him off. Way to go with character development, innit? Thanks island, indeed.

Well, if you ever write Boone/Shannon you'll make me squee in eternity. At the beginning I kinda hated her because she made him suffer but at least I appreciated that she was a lot of fun and straightforward, and B/S wasn't really my thing. Then I started liking her when she was with Sayid (IDK why but as soon as they started being around each other she gained appeal to me), then Boone died and from there I just could see it. The Boone/Shannon, I mean. Then... well, we know. I'll sure be mostly glad if your fantasy comes true sooner than later!! ;)

Boone! I miss him :( I caught Ian Somerhalder on Young Americans and was so excited to see him on LOST and ever so disappointed that he was killed off. Just because some issues were resolved doesn't mean the character has to die! ;_;

I've always been kind of attracted to these kinds of messed-up relationships/characters. They just seem to have so much story to tell and it's awesome to see fic about them! I haven't really read any fic about these two before so I'm excited to see what else you may have in store ;) Thanks for sharing!

Boone was my original favorite! Yeah, totally. I miss him like woah and I hate, hate, hate that he isn't there. And just when he finally was having some development! *mourns*

That was just perfect. It was pure Boone, and damn, he was right with all the tabula rasa idea. I miss them so bad.
Because really, she’s been making him go crazy since she was old enough to understand that she could. And THAT was really Shannon. Really, really Shannon.
