I want to jump Jeremy and it makes me feel skeevy. lol. He's not as young as his character in RL though so again, it's kind of like wanting to jump Zach Gilford in FNL. Gotta remind yourself that he's not actually a high school sophomore or whatever.
I was totally feeling the SPN vibe in this episode too. Besides Bela, there was just the whole car scene and the brotherly chick flick moments, it felt soooooo SPN.
Caroline/Tyler FTW. I wasn't expecting to love it BUT I DO. LOTS. Caroline is made of epic win this season. I can't believe I used to dislike her last season!

Omg, I'm SO with you on the triangle. I've actually always kinda had a soft spot for Damon/Elena, but what he did to Jeremy in the premiere steered me clear from that path, or so I thought until this episode. I think the fact that Ian and Nina have good chemistry and seem so BFF-y IRL contributes to that. But then I also love Stefan/Elena and that they aren't annoying as endgame ships tend to be, and my love for Damon/Stefan's bromance is like my love for Sam/Dean's, just scaled down. So yeah, this triangle, I don't even know. It's a good problem to have, though. I remember back in the day I used to love everything about Jack/Kate/Sawyer and that was so nice until Kate started becoming a ho and ruined it all. I don't think that'll happen with Elena. Fingers crossed, anyway.

Tbh I always liked Stefan/Elena at least from the 'I don't mind' POV and I shipped Damon with Alaric so I just mostly ignored the triangle and anyway I didn't want to get sucked in because m/f/m triangles always end up bad in my experience, but... BUT THEY'RE DOING THIS SO WELL. And I had to cave in. Ian and Nina DO have chemistry and I just... dammit. I'm caving in. Also yeah let's knock on wood and hope that Elena stays awesome

Honestly, I think if I cared more about Elena as a character I would care more about the triangle. But as it stands I don't. Plus, Damon is still not my favorite person ever but at least he's interesting. I don't really buy the emo route though, haha. Elena just strikes me as incredibly dull. She's easily one of the least dynamic characters on the show. I mean, she's likable enough. But she doesn't really interest me in any way.

I'm actually surprised that I give a damn about Elena at all, lol. I mean, she's not my favorite, but for being the female lead of a show about vampires in the era of Twilight she's not annoying and likable enough indeed, so maybe I'm interested because I'm shocked that I don't hate her. ;)
I think he did become more attractive. Idk, he looks less like an emo kid and more like a kid I'd have totally liked to date in high school. ;)
