It’s… quite a pity that we never managed such a thing before, isn’t it?
It IS a shame!!

This was lovely. And the little bit of Des/Pen and Sayid/Shannon made me squee (and yay for Sayid talking about Shannon with Locke---haters to the left!). But it made me sad to remember we never got a Des and Shannon scene. How funny would that have been?

Thanks, I'm so glad that you liked it! :D and ha, yeah, Desmond and Shannon should so have had a scene and Desmond + Sayid should so have gone for a drink. That'd have been a riot. Also hey, Sayid/Shannon always was my thing, so I was just too happy to indulge it. Thank you again! :D

Lovely! This is so good. I especially like the way you capture Sayid's confused state of mind on the island - very well done! And Desmond's faith in him made me feel warm and fuzzy. I'll just believe they did have some similar kind of conversation, because Sayid needed somebody to have faith in him and Desmond would be the one who would.

Ee, thank you! :D I'm so glad that you liked it, and sorry for posting it like years after your request. But apart from me be very bad at catching up, if it made you feel fuzzy and if Sayid worked here then I can safely feel accomplished. I feel robbed that we never got the actual conversation, but I'm pretty sure that must have happened.
