That sucks indeed. I made a complaint, now I doubt they will ever give me the money back but still. One can try. Postal services are made of fail as a general rule I guess. ;) ♥

Yes, that's exactly what I thought. Especially since the guy who brought it to me said it was delivered and they left notes to get it at the postal office (wrong because my friend didn't get any) and at the office they said the address was wrong. Yay coherence! Now I made a complaint. I doubt I'll ever get money back but at least it was something.

oh shit, I am sorry. nothing more frustrating than the postal service, especially paying twice for something that should have been done properly. :(
