God, seriously, I do so, too. Dead or not dead, always my favorite :( and with all the ghosts they have around I can't believe they can't get him two minutes each season.
Like I just said to Falafel regarding Charlie, this could all be part of the PR game. If Ian was supposed to return for a big surprise, he probably wouldn't be allowed to say yet. Don't give up faith!
*snigger* I still maintain that when they joke about the zombie season, they aren't really joking. Locke in the coffin is living!dead proof. But unless they are going to feature the dead as a community at some point, I can't see the dead characters coming back on mass. Sadly, I think they'll just focus the undead story on Locke and Christian.
That's what I fear, too. Though maybe if they showed Locke's trip in the underworld... guess not. And I don't know why Locke should get the free pass but well, he's Locke. *sigh* And zombie season indeed.
OT, am I seeing Rosencratz and Guildestern in your icon? (hoping I spelled right, those two's names always made me headdesk ;) ) *waves*
If Charlie never comes back I'm fine with it. Dom did everything he could for his character and if the writers don't value that, screw them. Lost: S1 is always going to be the most popular successful season.
*sigh* Guess I'll just hope he's faking the whole thing or that he doesn't know anything on his part and he just assumed that since they don't call they won't be calling anytime soon. Sucks indeed if it's true :(
