From "Gallybase" I take it I'm not the only one who noticed that Dalek court looks like the Citadel on Gallifrey and that the council of the Daleks looks like the council on Gallifrey. Ohhhh I was squeeing to my brother so much about how similar the Daleks really are to the Time Lords. Such a foil, and the Doctor either doesn't realise or doesn't want to.
