Good point about both Cameron and Jack acting intelligently in the situation...that seems all too rare in many suspense novels! It seems that every feisty heroine has to go traipsing off to find the killer herself, and I'm SO glad Cameron didn't do that! James kept a much-appreciated level of realism about the whole situation.
Yeah, I usually don't go for romantic suspense but James carefully balanced the suspense with the fun, romantic parts of this book in a good way. The more I think about it, yeah, she did do a good job with that.
I just finished this one today and I'm with you - I like it when my books have a little less 'sexy-ness' to them. More fade-to-black scenes if you will. But I liked this one - I'm just wondering if James will continue this trend in her next book.
