Other than that, I'm sorry to hear this didn't work out for you. The premise sounds freaking awesome. The mystery was never solved?

So weird, it wasn't showing up in my preview.. I just opened the editor and just re-saved without doing anything and now it seems better?

The mystery: they didn't bother. The story just went elsewhere. I understand the reason, but it was annoying anyway.

Ok, that would bug the snot out of me. Especially if the book was clearly set up as a mystery. There are some cases where I don't mind if the bigger question isn't answered, but it all depends on set-up.
