How neat! How were Ashley and Daniel? Did they just read or did they interact with the crowd a bit?

I've been following the videos, too, and FINALLY they're at Pemberley!

It was kind of weird because I was used to them as Lizzie and Darcy and I felt like the characters in the book were younger than these actors. But they interacted well with each other, and there were bits where they were playing to the audience - Ashley did the narrator's voice and Daniel played Augustus.

I KNOW. The videos are getting GOOD. After every one I want to see the NEXT ONE IMMEDIATELY.

AND. In the scene from THE FAULT IN OUR STARS, the two characters kiss. The actors did not. Hank Green said: if you want to see them kiss, you have to watch the Lizzie Bennet Diaries. O_O

I am so jealous! I watched the end of the livestream and the whole event looked like so much fun. I can't believe Neil Gaiman was there!

He was the guest that surprised me the most. The girl next to me and I were losing it a little bit when Neil Gaiman came out.

But then.. I go to work the next day and was telling someone about the show and they didn't know who Neil Gaiman was. I listed Stardust, and American Gods, and Sandman, and Doctor Who and: NOTHING, I got NOTHING. Until Coraline, when he responded with: "That's a book? I thought Tim Burton just made that up." - Tim Burton didn't even have anything to do with Coraline! It is so sad.

It's kind of bizarre how Neil Gaiman has been such a giant in the field for so long, yet people outside the sci-fi/fantasy world have never heard of him.

Speaking of which, I don't know which drives me more crazy, people who assume that all stop motion animation is Tim Burton, or people who assume that all computer animation is Pixar.
