Persuasion is one of my favorite Jane Austen books so I've had my eye on this one for a while. It looks like it's really worth checking out.

Persuasion is my favorite Austen, but Peterfreund's debut YA series didn't really work for me for several reasons, so I've been on the fence about pre-ordering this book. Thank you for sharing, I'm more inclined to give it a try now.

It's my favorite Austen too. This is my first Peterfreund, so I couldn't tell you how it compares. If you give it a try, hope it does better!

Yeah, skipping this one because I'm still debating the title. Like starmetal_Oak, I haven't read Persuasion, so I'm not sure how I'll come away liking this one. :)
