At first I was 'OK' about the show. I was on the Sam/G train from the beginning. It's like they're taking a note from Kripke and just going 'in your face' with the slash. And Hetty! I adore Linda Hunt and she makes this character so much fun! The rest of the crew and the script on the pilot was just 'bleh'.
But I think they've stepped up with the writing and fleshing out the secondary characters. I'm really enjoying the show but the main draw is definitely the Sam and G show. *G*
No, it's nothing really like NCIS but this is LaLa land baby! Definitely more laid back. Plus, if they tried to compete on the same level they'd just be totally outclassed. I think that's why they replaced the female lead from the introduction last season, because she was a little too much like Gibbs.
I looked long and hard for a Sam/G icon because I was way too lazy to make my own. I found it at ncisla_icons. Which only has one icon post so far. *G* Go help yourself!

I missed the intro eps, so I'm starting fresh with what we're seeing this fall. I'm sure I'll see those episodes eventually. I like Hetty and Nate.
