"We did," Rodney points out, shaking some of the wet from him and wondering where the nearest bed is. Or bar. So he can drink himself asleep - and possibly not wake up.
"It was probably solar flares. I can't think of another explanation. Something beyond our control... and a million to one chance. So. Please. Don't complain. It was probably safer there than it was where we were supposed to go."
And then he's staring glumly at the glow, which apparently hasn't gone. "I hope I'm not radioactive."
Fortunately, the gate doesn't stop with just locking in the chevrons. The wormhole opens, allowing the ragtag (and by this point, more than a little tired and stressed) group through.
Sheppard gives Cassie and Janet a wave. "We just went to Jurassic Park. How're things here?"
"We went to Juarssic Park." It seems to most straightforward way to epxlain things. "I think that planet's going on the list of places to never dial again."

She heads into the bar.

He nods, droopingly tired.
