Okay kids, my bb was knocked out of the sweet 16 round (which I'm not sure if I expected her to get that far), so I have no horse in the drama riding. Who do I vote for? Mary or Watson? I have issues with both so feel free to sway me.

Mary Crawley is a wonderful character because she exists in the grey areas and is wonderfully complex. She's a woman who feels the oppression of the patriarchy (she is denied the right to inheritance because she is a woman and not a man and is subsequently pushed into potential marriages), but she's not a Modern Girl Activist either. And that makes her feel very real to me
