I think I love it so much because it was the first time I've heard This Charming Man. Like I said, I wouldn't call it better but I have a great love for both versions.

Oh yeah, I've had that happen to me with a lot of songs. Sometimes I won't know it's a cover and will just love a song, then when I find out it's a cover, the original won't appear that great to me.

In this case, I just have a very deep love for the original. BUT, I love covers in general! I love seeing how bands can take a song and make it their own.

It's weird, I can't really name covers off the top of my head. I think it's only because I was listening to Nightsongs recently that This Charming Man occurred to me.
