There's a sign-in sheet and cookies. Possibly other assorted goodies if anyone else brings them.

Parker signs in, and brings the leftover pretzels and chocolate from last night's Yay StuCo meeting.

"Please comment here try to congregate over to the right if you're a new member." Janet waved off to the side. "Our club officers will come over and introduce themselves to you and try to determine which division--science, investigation, or magic--that you belong in."

Cordy stands a little nervously over to the right.

"Hey, Cordelia," said Janet, wandering away from the crowd. "So, magic, investigation, or science?"

"Investigation, I think. I know a bit about how magic works, but I can't use it."

"Can anyone update us on the carnivorous ducks or the duck attack?" asked Janet. "Professor Tick, maybe Aeryn? Is there any further danger?"

"Lockheed all but wiped out the duck rebels a few weeks ago. I returned their leader to her normal state. There may be a few carnivorous ducks around, but you can bet that there are some still around."

"Thanks, Professor," said Janet, nodding at him. "So the duck pond should be safe for everyone to visit. Except for that giant squid no one knows about."

Drusilla & Darla janet_fraiser January 20 2006, 00:36:36 UTC
"Crazy Squid Lady and her--what, blonde, right?" Janet shrugged. "Her blonde girlfriend. Or friend. Or whatever. Can we get an update on the situation involving them?" She glanced over at Parker, or Angel. Either of them might know something.

"Her name's Darla, and she's been randomly attacking, or accosting, individuals in town over the last week." Parker grimaced. "Former Professor Drusilla, for those of you new students, started last semester by putting whammys on the students that had some of them attacking others, or endangering themselves, and ended it by beating the crap out of Marty Blank. They're both incredibly dangerous and should be *avoided* as much as possible. The administration has been informed of one of the most recent attacks, but until they're either caught or leave the island, I would suggest taking advantage of SafeWalk, which is going up again."

"Darla's been menacing students," Angel said. "I know about Jack, Callisto, and Victor. There could be more. That new kid, Walter? He's a vampire hunter back home and he's not thrilled. Could be a useful resource."

"You can add Lindsey to the list of students menaced by Darla," Piper said, a note of anger in her voice.

Sunshine janet_fraiser January 20 2006, 00:37:20 UTC
"We had a giant squid that used to live in the school's swimming pool," said Janet. "Hence Drusilla's nickname. The squid is gone, and we'd like to know where it is. Anyone volunteering to lead a squid hunt?" Possibly any mischievous individuals who might have stolen gillyweed at the last detention might be good for this.

OOC: Please contact me for Sunshine-related activities, as I also play Drusilla and therefore mod Sunshine. I'm definitely up for a squid hunt. Hee!

"Well, there are still tentacles in the second floor restrooms every now and again, but I don't think it's Sunshine."

"Hunh. I'd really like to know what happened to that thing. If someone else organizes it, I can carry a spear gun as well as anyone else."
