That sounds interesting! I've never really read Leverage fic despite following the show, the few fics I did read in the early days didn't convince me and then somehow I never tried again, so I really appreciate this rec!

For some reason the Leverage fandom never really did take off (maybe because the show itself usually gives fans everything they want, thus removing the need for fic?) Hopefully you'll find this one more enjoyable than your earlier attempts:)
