Online shopping, 2 thumbs up!

Southern Maryland is not the land of shopping. In fact, shopping is limited to JcPenney and Target, at best. Soooo....that leaves me with the occasional trip to Virginia (where shopping RULES) and the internet. The closest DSW is Waldorf. Yeah. It's so hard to find shoes ( Read more... )

man.. AE screwed me. i placed an order last wednesday.. a pretty large order too! (over $200). and i kept getting these emails, basically accusing me of fraudulent activity! when i FINALLY got to actually speak to someone (and not just send another email or leave yet another voicemail), the lady actually asked to speak to my mother!!! needless to say, i cancelled my order right then and told them i will never purchase another article of clothing from them.. EVER!

they treated me like i was a 17yr old who stole mommy's CC. i've never been so insulted.

anyway, thats my AE horror story.. hehe!! glad you got your stuff without any hastle!!

WOW, that sucks. I'd write a letter to the company explaining how you were treated -- maybe you'll get a voucher for free clothes or something. That's seriously crazy, though, nothing like that has ever happened to me at AE ( ... )

Uggs seem comfy (bear in mind, these are not the real ones, just Target brand), and should keep my feet toasty warm when the cold weather hits. I always have a problem with cold ankles in the winter, so this should fix that. I doubt I can wear these for work, unfortunately. Uggs don't scream "office appropriate" to me. Siiiigh.
