My brother Darin finished the rafters on Friday so we spent most of Saturday cleaning out and organizing the garage.  I thought I would have way more stuff to go through but turns out that John is the pack rat in the family. After thinking about it, I decided it's stupid to spend over $300 on a crib.  That money can be used for other things.  And I'm not really loving the style of the crib at Babies R Us that I liked at first. I'm liking the simple, clean line styles better now.  So I went searching and found a couple options.  They're all convertible cribs.

Went in for my regular 4 week check up today.  I gained 5lbs since my last appointment (up to 130lbs, a first for me!), my blood pressure is normal and I heard Baby Z's heartbeat again.  I will never get tired of hearing that sound!  I also told my Dr. that I didn't want to do the quad screening test.  Of course, I had to sign something to say I ( Read more... )

I got a Barnes and Noble gift card from Mom and Dad Z and one from my BIL Paul and his wife Michelle so I did a little shopping :-)  They were offering free shipping and member prices online (I'm not a member) so I went crazy!  It was fun to buy books instead of borrowing!  And I still have a Borders gift card to use!
