I'm sorry you've been bummed out, but I'm glad you are ready to reboot and move forward. Sometimes it can be so discouraging when you get close and then end up empty handed.

The good thing is (if you can consider it good), there are so many of us out here in the same boat so we completely understand and support you all the way! I'm wishing you luck as you move forward. =D

Glad you're settled in your new home . . . and I'm curious about the Ice Queen across the street. ;-)
