what better way to relax after fourteen hours at the office than by watching a david attenborough double-feature? i've always loved learning about primates, but last night taught me some things i hadn't known before:

that is crazy!

but i have heard of the same thing happening in humans!

i read an article once about how it's possible to have a twin that never devolopped, and simply became a part of you, not much more than a clump of genes... but that it's possible for a man to father a child with the sperm of the ghost twin. essentially, the child has a genetic father who is NON-EXISTANT.

freaky.

i wanted to link to the source, but it's almost impossible to search for something like that. hm.

It was the plot to an ephisode of CSI. Killer kept leaving behind the DNA of a brother who didn't technically exist.

I watch far too much TV.
