THIRD room. The first one we walked into was a king when we requested a double. The second room was the one with the busted phone. Also, I understand conserving energy by turning the AC off in empty rooms... but on the seventh floor in mid-july? Walking into every one of these rooms was like sticking your head into a gym sock.

... hopefully we're getting the bulk of grrrr inducing things out of the way now and will see some better results tomorrow.
