Well, it's official.

I have mono.  With hepatitis as a happy side effect.

I think I was the first person ever to leave the doctor's office laughing.

I have yet to turn yellow, which is fortunate, because my pale complexion coupled with excess bilirubin in my blood would probably make me look like a day-glo banana.

I think I know where I got it, too. Perhaps some champagne party + "tonsilitis"? Son of a biscuit.

I took most of last week off, and I'm taking at least Monday off, too. Work's been really understanding, though. Still, I'm probably going to do some work at home while I recover. Because I'm a nerd.
