I bet the one the company administers is a lot more full on, but I can see the sort of things they're asking.
As for doing it random, I think I'd rather not get it by being myself than to not get it playing the fool and wonder what would have happened if I'd been honest. I guess that's the thing, I don't know what they're looking for - a large part of the role is vendor management, business relationship management, so I can only hope that the "acting/performance" and "public relations" aspect of my personality is what they're after.
When did jobs get so difficult? 20 years ago people didn't even have CVs!
