Planting, Sprouting

On March 26, I planted 24 varieties of flowers, vegetables & herbs in peat pots, 3 peat pots per variety, 3 seeds per pot, unless they were tiny. I didn't really plan to plant that much stuff, but I got carried away! I'm thrilled to say about half the seeds have sprouted. Plus one of the dipper gourd seeds sprouted. Yay! I can see that I need to get rid of some old seed too. Congratulations on all your sprouts. I found yesterday that my carrots, kale and beets are starting to appear. I so love this miracle every spring.

I get so thrilled when seeds sprout, or flowers bloom. Love it! I've not had good luck with kale or spinach or collard greens. They always get buggy with tiny white flies. We don't use chemicals, so I just quit planting them. Blessings

Gardening is such a miraculous past time. I hope all the seeds respond to your tender, loving care.
