Congratulations on finishing this! It looks really awesome. You're art style reminds me very much of something Disney would put out, especially the pelican (who is adorable - the angry face of his omg XDDD).

Thank you! I'm very relieved it's finished, but now have to hope and pray I get accepted! And that's big compliment! They look for styles that could be hire-able when we graduate, so not anime styles/etc. The angry face...omg, it has history, srsly <3 THANK THANK YOU <3

I really applied a lot of new skills that I acquired in the portfolio process to this sucker, so that might be why. I hope I keep outdoing myself! Tis the goal! <3

I think the hands are my favorite; you did such a great job on the knuckles and you made the tension between the thumb and forefinger incredibly realistic. I would comment on how everything else looks, but it would start to get repetitive. It's all so well done! :D

The hands, oh boy! They were a learning process, because I figured out my style of drawing them while drawing these! I based the construction off a book and kinda deviated with what I was comfortable with. It's really cool and really simple once you figure it out! All about the structure! Woo!
